There is a line item for each size available. For each line item/size you want to order, just enter the quantity you need and then check the box at the end of the line. Once you have entered and checked all the items/sizes you need, click the “Add Selected Products Cart” button at the bottom of the page. You can then visit the cart page to review your entries, make changes if needed, and then proceed to Checkout.
